Host Homes
Our Host Homes Program is available for young people ages 15-24 and allows them to live with volunteer community members or natural supports with whom they have an existing relationship. Hosts offer mentorship and a spare room in their home for youth to live temporarily while they gather resources and develop the skills needed to transition into independent adulthood successfully. Hosts receive a monthly stipend to assist with the cost of having an additional person in the home, and the young people receive weekly case management support.
